Capt. Tom provided a great experience. We did a full day followed by a half . our catch included a sail fish (65 inch), large king (approx 30 lb), large shark (approx. 200 lb) and more. Tom took us up and down the coast and we were pulling in fish while a bunch of other folks on the charter radio channel were not having any luck. Even when things slowed down, Tom went above and beyond moving to different spots and trying different techniques to ensure we had the best chance to pull in a fish

Capt Tom is very knowledgable and was a terrific host. He knew fishing was going to be tough based on his previous day’s experience and reports, so asked if we would be willing to meet him an hour plus north where he heard the bite was better. Any captain willing to try to get his clients on fish by moving up the coast 60 miles and not just “hope” for better fishing locally shows his determination to make every trip the best it can be. I would certainly recommend Capt Tom.

You can never blame the captain for you losing the fish and Tom had us on the Sailfish. We walked onto his boat with the ‘hope’ of catching a sailfish and we had two legitimate chances to catch one but could not get them to the boat. In the end we walked away with some really nice Mahi Mahi but more importantly we walked away with a great memory. Tom and his wife went above and beyond for us during this trip as we had a truly bad experience while visiting Fort Lauderdale, but they made sure that we ended this vacation on a very positive note. Whether you are looking for a family day on the water or you’re out with your buddies trying to catch the big one, you won’t find a better man for a captain. Thank you so much for being there for our family.

We had a good, windy day for fishing. We met Captain Tom at 7 a.m. and headed out to fish after stopping to get some live bait. His son Thomas also joined us and was great help. It was a slow day of kite fishing with only 4 bites and no hook-ups for the first 6 hours. Finally, things went crazy and we boated two sailfish and lost another one. It turned out to be a good day and Captain Tom did his best to get us on to fish. The overall experience was only marked
good because when we returned to our car, there was a ticket on the windshield for parking. Captain Tom didn’t mention that the lot he instructed us to park in was a pay lot, which the City of Pompano Beach did a very poor job of signing that it was a pay lot and did a great job of hiding the pay station in the trees, especially at 6:45 in the morning. The $35 parking ticket spoiled what was a great day of fishing.Fished March 2018

Tom arrived early, picked us up right at the dock. We were fishing within 15 minutes. Tom is an avid outdoorsman and it shows up in his guiding. He has a passion that is contagious. Fishing was just okay, but that is fishing. We caught two bonitas and a dolphin. Had 5 additional bites…just below the hook.
I would book with Tom again in a shot. He was great.
